A minor shoulder injury is slowing me down - so I have nothing exciting to report.

I'm 40 and have done gymnastics since I was a kid - now old injuries have me doing mostly trampoline. I also do a lot of conditioning at home and I take Pilates lessons to help with those old, nagging injuries. I created this blog to share some pictures of me doing gymnastics (some are old, some are more recent).
